Austis Eternal Silica filler 4,8 kg

Use:
When preparing the self-levelling screed, slowly pour the ETERNAL silica filler into the hardened ETERNAL for concrete KOMFORT mixture while stirring continuously (e.g., with an electric drill) in a 1:1 weight ratio, and mix for 5 minutes. After thorough mixing, let the mixture stand for 5 minutes. Then, stir in 0–5% drinking water for easier application. Let it stand for another 5 minutes, and after a brief stir, the mixture is ready to apply. Apply at a substrate and ambient temperature between 10°C and 30°C to a solid, dry, and clean substrate, free of grease and wax stains. Lower temperatures will extend the drying time. Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread it with a stainless steel trowel to a thickness of 1–3mm. Due to the relatively short pot life (max. 2 hours at 20°C), you should prepare only as much mixture as you can use within this time. Also, bear in mind that towards the end of its pot life, the mixture will no longer have ideal self-levelling properties. The surface finish is fully load-bearing after 5–7 days.

Prepare the repair putty in the same way as the self-levelling compound, only slowly pour ETERNAL silica filler into the hardened ETERNAL for concrete KOMFORT mixture while stirring continuously, in a weight ratio of 1:2.

ETERNAL silica filler can also be used to increase the roughness of floor coatings (e.g. ETERNAL stabil, ETERNAL epoxy stabil, ETERNAL rop-izol or ETERNAL for pools) either by sprinkling it onto the wet paint or by mixing it into the paint (approx. 5–20% by weight). In both cases, this layer must be painted over with the coating itself according to the instructions on its packaging.

Repair putty: 2kg / 1kg ETERNAL for concrete KOMFORT
Roughening the surface of painted floors: 0.05–0.20kg / 1kg of coating
