Modern design
The spacious 70-litre chamber can hold generous portions of meat, fish or cheese. Designed for discerning amateurs and small restaurants and catering services that want to offer natural and healthy products. The Borniak WiFi 70 is not a gadget, but a tool that makes life easier. It combines the convenience of automation, safety and precision with the unmistakable charm of home smoking. With a wide range of accessories such as a cold smoking adapter, additional probes, racks, hooks, covers or 9 types of smoking chips, you can create a set-up that perfectly matches your smoking style.
Power
A double heating coil with a maximum output of 500 W ensures sufficient smokehouse performance. The smoking chamber has a capacity of 70 litres - ideal for smaller families or groups of friends. Up to 6 shelves can be placed in the smoking chamber for meat, sausages or cheese to be smoked. In the smokehouse, smoking sawdust is used as fuel - beech, alder, oak, plum or birch. The wood chips do not burn when burnt, but smoulder slightly, which reduces the risk of fire and tar formation. The innovative stainless steel deflector catches dripping grease, which, thanks to the stepped design, flows directly into the waste bowl.
Simple digital control for maximum comfort when smoking.
The Borniak Digital Stainless Steel Smoker 70 Wifi allows very precise temperature adjustment by a digital control unit for smoking from 20 °C. The smoker can be controlled via the digital panel or directly from your smartphone using the BORCOOK app, which allows you to easily set the temperature, time and smoking program. In the app, you will find a wealth of tried-and-tested recipes as well as practical tips. In addition, you can create your own smoking programmes. The smokehouse controls are located on the left side, as is the smoke generator with the wood chip hopper. Improved smoking chamber insulation ensures smooth smoking without large temperature fluctuations, which reduces tar formation. The smoker also includes a drawer for a food dryer.
