The interior is fitted with four stainless steel racks that provide plenty of space for all your favourite dishes.
Full control over smoke and temperature
The Bradley Smoker Raven uses a simplified wood briquette feeding mechanism to ensure a smooth fuel supply. You can easily adjust the smoke intensity by selecting the briquette feeding interval – you can choose between 20, 30 or 40 minutes. Two heating elements with a total power of 1000W, supplemented by a smoke generator heating coil with a power input of up to 300W, ensure that a stable temperature is quickly reached and maintained. The temperature can be regulated in the range from 30 to 160°C.
