The HIKMICRO B20S industrial thermal imager is designed for fast and reliable temperature measurement in industrial plants, halls, etc. The instrument is equipped with an infrared sensor with a thermal resolution of 256 × 192 and an optical detector (2MP) for the visible spectrum. The thermal imager can measure temperatures ranging from -20 to 550 °C and you can choose from different display modes (thermal, visual, PIP or optical). By accurately measuring and visualising temperature differences, the camera can easily detect potential problems such as heat loss around windows or unwanted overheating of electrical installations and components. A built-in audible alarm and visual signalling alert you to thermal anomalies. The HIKMICRO B20S has Wi-Fi connectivity, 16 GB of internal memory and an integrated rechargeable battery with up to 6 hours of battery life. Included in the package is USB-C to USB-A cable and a brief manual.

The HIKMICRO B20S thermal imager offers high quality images
The HIKMICRO B20S thermal imager is equipped with a highly sensitive (NETD < 40 mK) VOx detector and optimized imaging algorithms to ensure unparalleled image clarity. You can immediately view the measurement results on the 3.2" LCD display with 640 × 480 px resolution, which captures every detail thanks to its 256 × 192 dot thermal resolution. Smooth images and easy image capture are made possible by the 25Hz refresh rate.
Wide measurement range with four image modes
With full-screen radiometric image capture support and automatic hot, cold and central point tracking, you can instantly identify temperature anomalies. The camera accurately measures temperatures from -20 to 550 °C with an accuracy of up to +/-2 °C or +/-2% of the measured value, which is sufficient performance for most applications. One of the image modes offered by the B20S can be selected as required: thermal, fusion, PIP (picture-in-picture) or optical mode.
Easy image sharing and processing
With built-in Wi-Fi and the HIKMICRO Viewer app, the B20S can be easily connected to a mobile device for easy sharing of captured images. In addition, you can use the supplied HIKMICRO Analyzer software to process the measured thermographic data flexibly and immediately. This makes it easy to create various summary reports and precise analyses of temperature trends (points, lines, rectangles, circles or polygons).
The B20S can also be used in macro mode
One of the advantages of the HIKMICRO B20S handheld thermal imager is the optional macro mode. Thanks to an additional macro lens, the camera can detect details up to 500 microns, enabling precise temperature measurement of very small objects and surfaces such as components on circuit boards. The macro lens is an optional accessory and sold separately.
