Do you love barbecue and like to discover new things? Introducing the La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 ceramic grill, with which your grilling possibilities will be almost unlimited. In this grill you can not only grill, but also bake or smoke - one kamado grill replaces a garden grill, a home smoker or even a hot air oven. The special construction of heat-resistant glazed ceramic allows heat to flow from all sides (convection), making your food juicier and more tender. The La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 is also very economical and uses much less charcoal than other types of grills. Another advantage is the accessories supplied with the grill, which include a rake, a handle to lift the grill and a cover.
The unique ceramic construction combined with charcoal allows you to prepare perfectly tender, juicy and tasty meat as if you were cooking it on real wood. The La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 grill is further distinguished by offering perfect control of the internal temperature and the use of a long and gradual burning effect. So just add wood chips to the charcoal according to your taste and you can start smoking. The Kamado grill is also great for slow cooking and baking at low temperatures.
Glazed ceramics are excellent heat reflectors and have excellent insulating properties. In combination with the sophisticated draft control system, temperatures of up to 400 °C can be reached very easily, which is the ideal value for pizza or bread preparation. You can also start baking a cake. The Kamado grill is a sure replacement for a conventional oven. With the La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 grill you can prepare almost any dish - steaks, a whole chicken, chicken wings, burgers, pizza, bread, cakes and much more.
The La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 will also surprise you with its economy, using up to half the charcoal of conventional grills. In addition, the ceramic absorbs enough heat, which it then transfers over a long period of time, thus reducing the consumption of coal. It is possible to grill several times in one load, after finishing it is enough to close the air supply and use the unburnt coals for further grilling. A nice benefit is that you can heat up the grill to the desired temperature in a few minutes.
You will have perfect control over the temperature thanks to the cast iron chimney with draft control. The air supply can also be regulated at the bottom of the grill. Of course there is a precise thermometer located on the lid of the grill. High-quality ceramic with perfect heat-insulating properties makes the La Proromance Lava Egg Kamado 18 grill suitable for grilling even when the outside temperature is well below freezing. The ceramic construction is highly durable and characterized by a very long service life - it can withstand tens of thousands of heat-ups without losing its original properties. If you buy a kamado grill, you can be sure that it will last you a really long time.
