PWS Pool Chemistry Hardness Reduction is a product for masking and reducing the hardness of pool water. Water hardness is a big problem and Hardness Reduction solves this problem. The product is liquid and its application is simple. The preventive dose is chosen in the interval of 100 ml per 10,000l of pool water, in the case of encrustations the dose may increase significantly.

Warning:
Harmful if ingested. It irritates the skin. Causes serious eye damage.
Dosing:
To reduce water hardness by 1 mg/l Ca, dose 60 ml per 10 m3 of pool water (for 1°N, dose 65 ml per 1 m³ of pool water).
The dosage of the Hardness Reduction product is based on the amount of whitish deposits excluded and the intensity of the whitish turbidity of the pool water. The Hardness Reduction should be dosed into the pool in small doses and more frequently, continuously monitor the effects and continue dosing if necessary until the pool water becomes clear.
Use:
The Hardness Reduction product should be applied at the beginning of the swimming season (usually in spring), when you fill the pool with new water or add a large volume of water to the pool after winter. If you use water from your own well to fill the pool, i.e. underground and untreated water, unwanted whitish incrustations and turbidity may appear on the pool accessories and pool walls. These are insoluble compounds of calcium and magnesium that occur when the pool water is so called. Hard.
