Zdravím, při rozbalování jsem udělal chybu a odtrhl i plastov film na skeneru, krerý slouží k plynulemu posouvani stranek. Papír se teď zasekává při skenování / tisku přes podavač. je možné to nějak řešit? doobjednat a dolepit zpět folii ??

Dobrý den, prosím je potřeba měnit ještě něco jiného kromě toneru a doplňování papíru? Mám zkušenost, že u cca rok a půl nové tiskárny musím po 9900 vytisknutých stránkách měnit optický válec za 1100 Kč. (do roka a půl už dvakrát měněno) Děkuji moc za odpověď

Dobry den, chcel by som sa spytat ci tieto rozmery su exaktne presne kopirujuce najvacssie, najdlhsie a najhlbsie rozmery daneho vyrobku, nakolko som si vsimol, ze skener vycnieva z obrysov tejto HP tlaciarne, Dakujem za potvrdenie presnych rozmerov aj s precnievajucim skenerom.

Dobrý den, pořídil jsem si tuto tiskárnu s doměním, že má horní podavač scanneru oboustranné jednoprůchodové skenování. Jenže při nainstalování mi horní skener funguje pouze jednostránkově. V nabídce píšete, že horní podavač má DADF, což je oboustranné skenování. Můžu se zeptat, mám někde něco nastavené špatně? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, zvládne tiskárna scanovat "plug & scan" na Windows i Mac? Do kanceláře hledáme tiskárnu, kde budou moci uživatele tisknout i scanovat BEZ NUTNOSTI INSTALACE dodatečného softwaru. Tzn. pouze si vyberou tiskárnu z dostupných zařízení a scanují/tisknou. Děkuji, AF
