The Blade Revolution 235 CP is a RC helicopter with collective control. The spectrum and precision control allows flight by complete beginners, thanks to SAFE stabilization with flight modes and Panic function, and experienced pilots who can perform top aerobatics, including 3D. This is an updated and improved version of the proven Blade 230 helicopter that is even more durable, accurate and easier to fly. In the RTF version, the DXS transmitter is included and all you need to buy is a battery and a suitable charger, making it the perfect choice for beginners and experienced pilots looking for simplicity without complications. In case you later decide to operate the helicopter with the Spektrum Advanced Universal Transmitter, the receiver in the model includes a Smart Transmitter File feature that makes setup easy and a matter of seconds.

Ready to fly
The Blade Revolution 235 CP is fully assembled at the factory and ready to fly. In addition, the included Spektrum DXS 2.4 GHz transmitter can be used with other Bind-N-Fly (BNF) RC aircraft. Exclusive SAFE technology helps prevent crashes and makes learning easier, thanks to tilt angle limitation, improved self-levelling and a panic function that automatically puts the model into hover when the button is pressed. And the fun doesn't stop even after you learn to fly. In Stunt/Idle Up flight modes, the remote-controlled helicopter is capable of performing basic aerobatic maneuvers - flips, backflips and even 3D aerobatics.
RealFlight Simulator and skill levels
You can customise your model more than ever before, with different colours for the main rotor blades, tail rotor and even the landing gear. Optional carbon fibre main rotor blades, aluminium blade holders, main motor and tail motor holders and LED lighting (optional parts sold separately) are also available for fancy flying in the evening. To learn to fly and safely test aerobatics, you can use the RealFlight flight simulator with the Spektrum WS2000 wireless interface to connect the included transmitter to your PC. Skill level 1 models are ideal for beginners and novice RC helicopter pilots as no previous experience is required to fly them. The basic Ready-To-Fly (RTF) version includes an RC helicopter model and a Spektrum DXS transmitter with the excellent DSMX 2.4 GHz transmission protocol. This is a great transmitter to start with.
Control unit and telemetry options
The AR6250MHXD controller incorporates Spektrum's exclusive AS3X and SAFE technology. SAFE technology includes tilt angle limits and improved self-levelling. The AS3X smoothes out the effects of wind and turbulence in all modes, making the model much calmer. In addition, you can use the Panic Recovery function to compare the model in case of trouble. The Blade Revolution 235 is equipped with a Spektrum Smart controller, which provides real-time telemetry to compatible transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare (including DXS, DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3, DX6 G2, DX62 and 89X62 20). There is telemetry on the battery charge status, which is displayed by means of indicator LEDs on the DXS transmitter. Additional telemetry is only available with the Spektrum DSMX universal transmitter with display (not included).
SAFE technology and flight mode - Normal (SAFE)
If this is your first RC helicopter, Horizon Hobby's exclusive SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology offers several flight modes that provide greater control and options. You can choose the flight mode according to your abilities. In flight mode the helicopter has pitch and roll limits to prevent loss of orientation and crash. When you release or return the cross controllers to neutral the helicopter will automatically return to level flight, allowing for much easier flight. The flight mode also makes take-off and landing much easier.
Flight Mode - Stunt 1 (AS3X) and Flight Mode - Stunt 2 (AS3X)
There are no roll angle limits in flight mode, so you have complete control. The head speed is higher than in normal mode, allowing you to fly on your back (upside down) and perform basic aerobatic maneuvers. There are no restrictions in Stunt 2 flight mode and the head speed is even higher, so you can perform more aggressive and 3D aerobatic manoeuvres.
Features Panic, Resistance and Accuracy
If you lose control of the helicopter in Stunt/Idle Up flight modes, simply press and hold the Panic Recovery button and the model will right itself. Or switch to normal mode and release the cross controls. If the model is at a sufficient height, SAFE technology will take care of this safely. Increased durability and precision of the helicopter is provided by new digital servos with metal gears, redesigned frame, improved rotor head geometry, aluminum cyclic plate and rotor head block.
Managed collective and assembled model
The paddleless mechanics, with the collective controlled by three servos, provide full and precise control allowing advanced acrobatics that would be impossible with a fixed collective. The Blade Revolution 235 RC Helicopter comes 100% factory assembled, tested and ready to fly right out of the box.
Powerful engine
The more powerful AC main motor and tail motor are connected to the Spektrum Dual Smart controller and are compatible with the popular and affordable LiPo 3S 850 mAh Smart batteries with IC2 connector.
