High-Quality Image and Compression
At the heart of this model is a 1/2.7" 2-megapixel progressive CMOS sensor, which provides a clear image in 1920×1080 pixel resolution at a frame rate of up to 25/30 frames per second. The fixed 2.8mm lens offers a wide viewing angle of 112° horizontally, 58° vertically, and 131° screen sizely for a detailed overview of what is happening in the room. Modern H.265 video compression effectively reduces bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining high recording quality. The older H.264 format is also available, along with a useful 8× digital zoom.
Reliable Night Vision of the Imou Cue 2 Camera
Continuous home protection is ensured by the integrated infrared night vision, which automatically activates in low light conditions. Powerful IR LEDs provide a reliable range of up to 10m, which is sufficient to cover standard living rooms, offices, or hallways. The camera thus guards the designated area twenty-four hours a day without the need for external lighting.
Smart Detection and Instant Alarm
The device uses advanced image processing technology that accurately detects human presence and minimises false alarms caused by things like pets or changes in light. In addition to motion detection, it also offers abnormal sound detection, which instantly reacts to a baby crying or other unusual sounds in the vicinity. In the event of a breach, it can activate the built-in siren to deter unwelcome visitors and send an immediate notification to your email or smartphone.
Two-Way Audio and Communication
This indoor IP camera has a built-in microphone and speaker with an advanced echo cancellation feature. This configuration enables full-fledged two-way audio, so you can easily talk remotely with family members, children, or soothe your pets. The sound system also serves to trigger the built-in siren upon detecting an unauthorised intrusion.
Connectivity and App
Wireless connectivity is provided by a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi module supporting IEEE802.11b/g/n standards with a range of up to 50m in open space. The camera supports the ONVIF protocol for easy integration with NVR recorders, and you can also use the MicroSD card slot with a capacity of up to 256GB for storing recordings. Device management and live streaming are handled through the intuitive Imou Life app for Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
