One capsule contains 50% of the daily reference value for vitamin A intake, C, D, E, TO, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12. In addition, the multivitamin also includes minerals, such as magnesium, iron, copper, iodine, zinc, manganese, selenium and chromium. There are 60 capsules in the package, which will be enough for 30-60 days of use, depending on the type of dosage.

Preparation and dosing
