KOHERSEN Pancake Pan Black Cube 29 cm
The KOHERSEN Black Cube 29 cm griddle is specially designed for making thin pancakes, fritters, omelettes or tortillas - its wide and shallow shape provides an ideal working surface. The body of the pan is made in TRI-PLY construction (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel), which ensures fast heating and even heat distribution over the entire surface. This allows the surface temperature to stabilise quickly and efficiently.

Healthy cooking with KOHERSEN pans
Inside, the pan is equipped with a double-sided BLACK CUBE technology - a honeycomb-shaped structure connects stainless steel protrusions with recesses covered with a non-stick diamond layer. This combined surface minimizes food adhesion while increasing scratch resistance. The coating is able to withstand up to 10,000 abrasion cycles without loss of functionality. The pan is also suitable for the use of metal graters or kitchen tools, as the DIAMOND surface protects against damage.
Use in all kitchens
The construction includes a high quality sandwich bottom that allows use on all types of cookers, whether gas, electric, ceramic, halogen or induction. The pan allows for peaceful cooking and baking - the pan can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 260 °C.
Quality pan design
Comfort in use is also very important: the pan has a stainless steel handle that is solid. The weight of the pan is 1 kg, so you can handle it well even when preparing the thinnest pancakes. It is also practical that the pan is dishwasher safe. The material from which the non-stick coating is made is free of harmful substances such as PFOA and PFOS. *
*The tests were carried out by the research laboratory TÜV Rheinland Polska, no. 26634888/2022. Five different pans were tested: including pans with steel body, aluminium and hybrid (multi-layer) structure with different coatings: ceramics, enamel and PTFE, and the temperature rise was measured point by point until it reached 200 °C.
