The KOLIMAX Klasik Frying Pan with handle, 26 cm, is designed for everyone who loves a classic brushed surface. If you need a lid for the pan, any KOLIMAX lid with a 22 cm diameter will fit. The pan is made of high-quality CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel from a very strong 0.8mm thick sheet metal. For easy maintenance and convenient cooking, the inner surface of the pan is finely brushed 3×. The outer surface is polished to a mirror finish. The A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base accumulates heat, saving energy during cooking and guarantees its flatness for loss-free heat transfer throughout the pan's lifetime. The pan is suitable for all types of hobs (induction, gas, electric, and ceramic). The pan has handles with interrupted thermal bridges, so it can be used in the oven up to 300°C, and it has a wide pouring rim for easy, drip-free pouring.
