Food-safe platinum silicone
The Lékué bread mould is made from 100% platinum silicone. This BPA-free material is completely food-safe and intended for contact with food. It also has non-stick properties, so you can easily turn the baked loaf out of the mould without the dough sticking to the sides. This means you don't need to grease the mould before baking.
Durability and easy maintenance
The Lékué Sandwich Bread mould has a high temperature resistance. With heat resistance up to 220°C, you can safely use it in a conventional oven. It can also withstand temperatures as low as –60°C, so you can use it to freeze food too. Cleaning up after baking is very simple.
