Their blades are crafted using the Japanese ‘San Mai’ sandwich technique, where a hard VG-10 steel cutting core provides exceptional sharpness and long-lasting edge retention. This core is protected on both sides by layers of stainless Damascus steel, which gives the blade its strength, durability, and distinctive appearance. Thanks to this construction, the knives have excellent cutting properties while maintaining high resistance to corrosion. The solid bolsters protect the knives from damage and contribute to safe handling. The handles are made from solid wood, ensuring strength, a long lifespan, and a comfortable grip. The set is suitable for slicing meat, vegetables, and fruit. The knives are not intended for portioning frozen meat or chopping bones. We recommend washing them gently by hand, not in the dishwasher.
