Active ingredients:
Plant glycerin - Glycerin is a colourless and odourless liquid and can be obtained from plants, animals or synthetically. It is found in all oils and fats and is therefore natural to the human body. Glycerin is one of the most common ingredients in cosmetics, because it can bind moisture and helps other ingredients in the product to be absorbed into the skin faster. It moisturizes the skin, but also softens it.

Use:
It can be used as an active ingredient in DIY cosmetics for dry skin or hair. You can add it to various cosmetic products such as creams, gels, lotions, shampoos, showers or balms. But beware, with glycerin the dosage is important. On the contrary, if you exceed 10% of the product, the skin may dry out and the consistency of the product will not be pleasant. Dosages of 1-10% are therefore recommended for cosmetic products, 2% for skin creams, 4% for body lotions and 5% for shampoo. Always follow the specific recipe.

As a macerating agent: (10 - 50% concentration). Glycerin is miscible with water and alcohol and can extract substances from herbs that are not soluble in water.
To remove stains (from coffee, tea or fruit). Apply to the stain and leave on overnight.

The manufacturer does not recommend glycerin for internal use.
