Ceciliyan – iconic depth and silky softness. Ceylon Uva OPI Ceciliyan is a black tea that is grown at the highest altitude of all teas from the Uva region of Ceylon - at an altitude of up to 1500 m.
Medium-strong and aromatic tea, ideal as a gift
Like other teas from plantations located in this region, this one can be characterized as medium-strong and pleasantly aromatic. Tea also makes a great gift.
Ingredients
Ceylon black tea.
Preparation
Bring the water to a boil (approx. 100 °C) and pour over the tea leaves. Let steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong an aroma you prefer. Then strain the tea and serve.
Recommended dosage
Use 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 150–200 ml of water. When preparing in a multi-cup kettle, you can add 1 extra teaspoon per kettle.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
