Stinging nettle, dandelion root, thistle fruit, Chamomile, Fennel fruit, marigold flower, good oregano.
Recommended dosage

Preparation
1-2 teaspoons of the mixture per cup (approx. 250 ml) pour boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then drink.
