Nettle, hops, black walnut, burdock, honeysuckle.
Recommended dosage
For optimal effect, it is recommended to prepare and drink 1-3 cups per day according to need and personal feeling. Herbal teas often work best when taken regularly and for a long time, so it is advisable to include this tea in your daily drinking routine.
Preparation
Pour approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture into a mug, cover with hot water (not boiling) and let the drink infuse for 10-15 minutes under a lid.
