The blend offers a wide range of uses. You can use it in a diffuser or aroma lamp to scent the room and create a pleasant atmosphere. You can also add it to a massage oil, for example, for a chest and back massage. It is also excellent for aromatic baths or saunas, where its herbal aroma can fully develop. For inhalation, add 2 to 8 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on the size of the room and the desired intensity of the fragrance. For massage, mix the essential blend with 50ml of a vegetable oil; the recommended concentration ranges from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops). For an aromatic bath, mix 3 to 10 drops in a carrier base, such as 100ml of milk, a teaspoon of honey or a vegetable oil, and add to a full bath.
