M Sense ready for assisted cooking
The MIELE KM 8575 FL hob is ready for use with compatible M Sense cookware. This allows you to use assisted cooking and frying, which helps you better control the food preparation process. The system is designed to reduce the risk of burning or overcooking and makes it easier to achieve consistent results, even with dishes that require more precise temperature control.
PowerFlex for fast and flexible cooking
The PowerFlex cooking areas offer high performance and plenty of space for different types of cookware. You can easily use them for standard pots and pans as well as larger cookware that requires a wider cooking surface. Their rapid heating is ideal for bringing water to a boil quickly, searing at high heat, and preparing larger portions.
Pan and pan size recognition
The MIELE KM 8575 FL hob can recognise the presence and size of your cookware. When you place a pot or pan on the cooking surface, the hob intuitively detects where the cookware is and makes it easy to start cooking. This ensures heat is used more efficiently and operation is simpler, even when moving cookware around frequently.
Practical extra functions for convenient cooking
The MIELE KM 8575 FL offers practical functions that make everyday cooking more enjoyable. Stop & Go quickly reduces the power of the cooking zones for brief interruptions, wiping protection temporarily locks the controls for cleaning, and the Recall function restores your settings after an accidental switch-off. It also includes a kitchen timer, automatic switch-off, auto heat-up, a keep-warm function, and options for individual settings, such as audible tones.
MultiSlide for precise control of the MIELE KM 8575 FL hob
The MultiSlide control lets you adjust the power using 6 separate sliders. This means you can control each cooking area directly without complex switching, which you'll appreciate when cooking multiple dishes at once. The power settings are clear, fast, and precise, so you always have the cooking process under control.
Safety features for more peace of mind while cooking
The safety features help prevent unexpected situations during daily use of the hob. These include a safety switch-off, system lock, safety lock, integrated cooling fan, overheating protection, and a residual heat indicator. This gives you a better overview of the hob's status both during and after cooking.
