Battery operation

Once the camera is charged, you're ready to use it as a security camera or keep a close eye on your belongings. Depending on the number of recordings, it can last several months on a single charge. On average, if it records 5 events per day, the battery lasts 20 days. But in combination with a solar panel, the battery will always be charged. This can be affected by the ambient temperature.

Full HD resolution

Everything you see can be monitored and reacted to in real time via the Nedis SmartLife app. The 350° swivel and 70° tilt option provides greater flexibility to get the perfect image. Thanks to the micro SD slot, you can store recordings on a micro SD card up to 128 GB (not included). It records in Full HD (1920x1080 pixels) for complete clarity of captured images. There is also the option to store video material in our app via a cloud-based (subscription-based) solution.

Reacts to movement

The camera reacts to movement, so if someone walks past the 4G camera in the 120 degree field of view, it will react. With AI Human Motion Detection, it analyzes the shapes of people, allowing you to set it to detect only human movements, saving you from unnecessary alarms. If you want, it will automatically start recording and you will also receive push notifications on your smartphone. Notifications appear as pop-up messages on your smartphone without you having to open the app,which means you are immediately informed and can react very quickly. The multi-user function allows several people to access the camera at the same time.

Night vision

The camera can see clearly at night thanks to the colour night vision function, which offers a range of about 10 metres. The camera has a spotlight function for seeing colours at night thanks to 4 pcs of improved IR LEDs and 4 pcs of reflectors.

Two-way communication

The 4G camera is equipped with a microphone and a noise-canceling speaker. Two-way audio communication works perfectly when you're talking to someone near the 4G camera - so you can talk to them even when you're not at home. The camera has a 120° wide-angle camera lens,which allows a very large range of tracking. In addition, the camera also supports an alarm and siren function to deter intruders.

Easy setup

The 4G camera comes with an external antenna to boost the 4G wireless signal. The camera is powered by rechargeable batteries or can be charged using the included solar panel. Therefore, you can set up a 4G camera even if there is no power outlet nearby. A wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted camera bracket is included for placing the camera on the walls of your house, but also a strap for attaching the camera to a tree, for example.
