The Netgear SRK60 WiFi system functions as a tri-band network solution compliant with the WiFi 5 standard. WiFi connectivity and speed
The wireless component operates across three bands with a total speed of 3000Mbps. MU-MIMO technology supports simultaneous streaming to multiple devices without any loss of speed. The system directs the signal to connected devices using efficient Beamforming technology for a more stable connection. The 2.4GHz frequency reaches speeds of 400Mbps, while the first 5GHz band provides speeds of 866Mbps. The second 5GHz band, dedicated to backhaul, offers speeds of 1733Mbps.
Mesh technology for the Netgear SRK60B03 WiFi system
The system connects the router with the satellites without needing any additional cables. Once plugged in, the satellites automatically connect to the router, creating a single, unified network under one name. The device covers an area that can be extended with additional units. The system can handle up to 40 active users at once and supports daisy-chain topology or wired connections via Ethernet backhaul.
Business network security
Network security is built on WPA2 and WPA2-PSK encryption with access management support. The system offers the creation of three separate wireless networks with traffic isolation for administrators, employees and guests. Administrators can activate the built-in VPN server and firewall for secure remote access. Other security features include support for MAC ACL and access management, as well as the ability to block websites and services on a schedule. Gigabit ports handle the wired connection of devices to the internet and other network elements. Both the router and the satellite have an RJ-45 interface on the back, supporting speeds up to 1Gbps. A stable Ethernet connection links network printers and desktop computers without speed fluctuations. The router offers one WAN port (1Gbps) and three LAN ports (1Gbps), while the satellite has four LAN ports (1Gbps).
