This unique frying pan from the COOKCELL cookware range combines a non-stick surface with a specific honeycomb-like structure and high-quality stainless steel. As this 28cm frying pan has many points with an extra surface layer, it has greater heat retention and higher heat transfer than standard cookware. This ensures that searing, stewing, frying, roasting and baking are all even, efficient and fast. What's more, the raised edge makes it easy to prepare a tasty sauce from drippings or bake a deeper dish in the oven. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, for use in the oven up to 260°C, and is dishwasher safe.
