The inside of the pan is covered with a two-layer ILAG XERADUR ceramic surface with high non-stick properties. This finish allows you to cook with a minimal amount of fat. The surface is free from harmful substances such as PFOA, PTFE, PFOS, or PFAS. The outside is protected by an organosilicone layer for easy maintenance.
