Dobrý deň, na Vianoce som kupovala dve kefky, jedna funguje ako ma, ale druha sa veľmi rýchlo vybíja, nevydrží ani jeden deň. Na kefke neustále blikajú všetky kontrolky, síce bielou farbou, ale to spôsobuje zrejme vybitie batérie. Chcem sa spýtať,da sa možno kefka nejako zresetovat,a závadu tým napraviť, alebo nezostáva nič iné iba reklamácia. V príbalovom letáku v podstate nie sú popísané nijake bezne závady,chybové hlásenia a ako ich napraviť, čo je na škodu, nemusí ísť hneď o taký problém, ktorý je nutne riešiť reklamáciou. Dakujem vopred za odpoved.

HX9954/57 nejde připojit k telefonu. BT ho vidí, ale po kliknutí na zařízení se zobrazí hláška "párování se nezdařilo..." Po instalaci aplikace Philips sonicare se nemůžu dostat přes úvodní obrazovku "připojit zubní kartáček". BT:zap, poloha:zap. Používám Samsung S8. Dle recenzi je aplikace aktuálně nefunkční. External LinkÁM VRÁTIT, NEBO TO NĚKOMU FUNGUJE ?

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat zda je možné u funkce smart mít 2 uživatele a jak je toto možné v aplikaci nastavit? Jde o to, že zvažujeme výměnu našeho sonického kartáčku, kdy jej používáme s manželkou oba, pouze má každý svou hlavici. Děkuji

Dobrý deň, prosím Vás chcela by som sa opýtať na tlakový senzor. Mám ružovú kefku HX993X. Nesvieti mi spodné svetielko pri tlaku, avšak zmena vibrácii funguje a aj pri nabíjaní svieti. Len pri čistení s tlakom nie. Prosím Vás je to chybný model alebo je len niečo zle nastavené ? Prosím o pomoc či musí ísť na reklamáciu alebo nie. Ďakujem krásne, pekný deň. Valeria

Dobrý den, chtěla jsem se zeptat, zda mobilní aplikace Philips Sonicare, ve které vidím, kde už jsem si zuby vyčistila a kde ne, je dostupná jen k tomuto modelu kartáčku od Philips Sonicare? Nebo si můžu pořídit i levnější typ od Sonicare a tam mi to taky bude ukazovat? A ještě poslední otázka - aplikace funguje na iOS ? Nebo je jen pro androidy?
