Special technology

The sandwich construction ensures higher mattress durability. The unique memory foam used not only contours to the body based on weight but also reacts to body temperature. While PUR foam and VISCO memory foam are typically less breathable, the perforated technology makes the mattress perfectly breathable, solving the main disadvantages of these foams. The perforations wick away excess heat and moisture from the user's body, allowing the mattress to breathe and ventilate superbly.

Safe and gentle textiles

The glue-free foam joining technology uses cut-outs to prevent the foams from sliding against each other, with the adhesion of the foams holding the mattress together. A glued joint can reduce a structure's breathability by up to 30%, but thanks to this glueless technology, the mattress breathes perfectly. The covers are from the German manufacturer Bodet & Horst and are certified by Öko-Tex as safe and gentle textiles. The basic cover is the Comfort Zone, without quilting. The cover is removable and washable at 60°C. As standard, the cover has an "L" shaped zip, meaning it runs along one long and one short side of the mattress. A separating knit ensures the core glides smoothly inside the cover, preventing damage to the foams from friction that would occur if the cover did not have this separating layer. The mattress is encased in the removable cover and a separating knit, ensuring perfect movement of the mattress cover.

Tested and certified

It is made only from certified and non-toxic foams that have passed the rigorous OEKO-TEX 100 and LGA certifications. The mattress covers also have OEKO-TEX 100 certification – for non-toxic textiles. Each mattress is developed and tested by a team of experts and subsequently by customers, which is why the mattresses are full of surprising comfort, high-quality materials, perfect functions, and are also maximally breathable. Viscoelastic foam (or memory foam) with a memory effect was invented by NASA in the USA. The foam excels in its perfect pliability, reacts to the user's temperature, and is exceptionally comfortable. Visco foam is not a support foam; it serves only as a contouring layer, which is why it is always combined with a support layer, ideally made of cold foam. The foam does not create counter-pressure and is anti-decubitus (prevents bedsores), making it suitable for all types of spinal conditions.

Mattress pliability

PUR foam is a thermally modified polyurethane that is a popular and affordable foam with good pliability and durability. The foam has finer pores, which are less breathable. The seven-zone construction has sections of varying firmness thanks to cut-outs, allowing for better mattress pliability, which can more perfectly support the body's contour and align the spine into its natural position.

Space-saving transport packaging

The mattresses are delivered rolled up in a special zipped transport bag with handles for easy carrying and convenient transport, thanks to the compact dimensions of the rolled mattress. A 200 × 90cm mattress has transport dimensions of only 46 × 46 × 95cm. Inside the bag, the mattress is rolled in a plastic bag to hold its shape.
