Dobrý deň, Už cca 5 rokov máme SIEMENS EQ.6 PLUS 100 a výborne doteraz slúžil. Asi pred 4 mesiacmi nám zrazu káva začala kvapkať poza odvapkávač, ale stále sa ešte šálka dala postaviť tak, aby do nej natieklo a pred týždňom nám už káva začala tiecť priamo do spodnej odkvapávacej misky. Keď robíme horúcu vodu, ide nám pekne cez odkapávač. Viete poradiť ?

Dobry den. V poslednej dobe mi vyhlasuje ked dam urobit 1. Kavu po zapnuti stroja najskor namelie kavu a potom sa mi zobrazi ze zastavenie vydaja kavy ze doplnte kavu v zasobniku ale kava tam je. Ked zopakujem tak uz spravi kavu…

Dobrý deň, zakúpili sme si tento kávovar a máme problém stým ze nám nepúšťa pekne kávu ale prska ju do šálky a cele dookola máme špinavé od kavy myslim si že takto by to nemalo fungovat, neviem čo stým robiť

Dobrý den. Prosím o radu, kávovar EQ.6plus s 100, 5 let v provozu bez problému, pravidelně čištěn. V poslední době pokaždé při výrobě kávy neudělá navolené množství, vždy cca jednu třetinu, zbytek do odkapávací misky. Po slití množství odpovídá. Bude nutný servis, nebo lze tuto závadu vyřešit sám? Popřípadě jak. Děkuji.
