In BBQ mode, it also fully replaces a full-size tabletop grill, with which you can reliably provide a feast for your friends. Simply place the grill in a horizontal position and it has a surface area of 1500 cm² and two cooking plates that work independently of each other. You can set the temperature on each of them as you like, so you can prepare different types of food at the same time.
Wide range of applications
The grill plates of the Lauben Contact Grill 2000SB are adjustable so you can easily adjust the height and inclination of the plates to reduce the pressure on delicate ingredients such as fresh fish. In addition, the enclosed guide helps you to select the correct temperature for each type of food. At the same time, you can set the desired cooking time for each dish, so you don't have to worry about missing the right degree of doneness. The Lauben Contact Grill 2000SB has an automatic shut-off function. Thanks to its high power, it heats up quickly and you can see the progress of the preparation on the LED display.
The grill offers easy operation
Just put the Lauben Contact Grill 2000SB in a horizontal position, set the desired temperature and cooking time, and then enjoy the perfect result. The grill has 2 rotary buttons and a clear display for easy operation. Simply set the desired cooking time using the corresponding button and you will be notified when the set time has elapsed. Both plates can be removed after grilling and put in the dishwasher, eliminating the hassle of lengthy cleaning. You can adjust the position of the grill using the wooden-look handle with Cool Touch function, so you'll never burn yourself on it. The grill is low-maintenance as excess liquids drain into the drip tray. Thanks to the anti-opening lock, you can carry the grill around without worrying.
