Tripple Magnesium contains three chelated forms of magnesium - magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. In these forms, magnesium is bound to the other substance (malic acid, L-glycine or L-taurine) by the same kind of bond that occurs naturally in nature = chelate (organic bond).

However, the main benefit of the Tripple Magnesium supplement is the use of three forms of magnesium. This is by far the most efficient route in terms of body availability - while one substance is absorbed into the body at a certain percentage, for three different substances this value is multiplied. The combination of the chelate bonds + three forms of magnesium combine to make a truly ultimate natural source of magnesium. The primary goal of the supplement is, of course, to replenish magnesium. This mineral is probably the most important element for athletes and all individuals undergoing increased stress. Its properties are related to energy metabolism, the nervous system, muscle function, bone health, mental fitness and many other areas. Active ingredients
- Magnesium malate = magnesium + malic acid, which is involved in the body in the so-called "magnesium malate". Krebs cycle = conversion of nutrients into energy. Within this cycle, malic acid is converted to pyruvate, which is a source of energy for the muscles = increase performance, suppress fatigue + enhance absorption of other dietary supplements.
- Magnesium bisglycinate = magnesium + L-glycine = L-glycine is the second most abundant amino acid in the body after L-glutamine, and it is almost completely unknown that it is essential for proteosynthesis and collagen formation in muscles. Together with arginine and methionine, it also participates in the natural formation of collagen in muscles, which is used to restore cellular energy ATP. Its other function is that it works as a relaxant - it calms nervousness and tension, but it does not make you sleepy during training, on the contrary, it helps you to concentrate better. = enhancing training results, recovery and concentration.
- Magnesium thaurate = magnesium + L-taurine = L-taurine has properties related to nitric oxide production (supplying oxygen to muscles) and the function of the endothelium - the cells that make up the inner surface of blood vessels and the heart.
