Hewlett-Packard was founded in the difficult times of the Great Depression. The founders were a pair of friends whose name the company still proudly bears. Dobrý den, Tento monitor jsem 13. května zakoupil. Jsem s ním spokojen, tedy až na jednu chybu. Monitor občas sám od sebe problikává. Není to přímo vypnutí a zapnutí se, je to prostě probliknutí. Zčerná a přibližně po vteřině, dvou začně normálně fungovat. U předešlého monitoru jsem tento problém neměl. Když připojím přes HDMI televizi, problém nemám. Když vyměním HDMI, problém je stále stejný, což znamená, že je problém v monitoru. Nicméně na počítači potřebuji každý den pracovat a náhradní monitor už nemám. Jak je možné dokoupit okamžitou výměnu vadného zboží? Č. objednávky je: 166601283. Předem děkuji.
