APC Power Saving Back-UPS Pro 550

The Back-UPS RS 550 from APC comes in a modern black design and offers an elegant LCD display. There is not only automatic voltage control for software, but also the ability to communicate via USB. These features make Back-UPS RS the ideal power protection for enterprise PCs that call for the best security for important data. The apparent power of this model is 550VA and the actual power reaches 330W.

The product has three IEC C13 outlets that are connected to the battery and equipped with overvoltage protection. You can also find three additional output sockets with overvoltage protection only, which can be used to connect a wide variety of devices - printers, scanners, etc. You can use the USB interface and the software on the enclosed CD to communicate with your computer or server. LCD displays include status LEDs such as mains power, battery power, worn out battery, acoustic battery status and overload.

Dobrý den, mám zájem o záložní zdroj UPS (line interactive) nejlépe asi od APC, ale poprosil bych o radu. Mám doma starou UPS ETA a je to hrozně hlučné, líbí se mi tento APC BR900, ale mám obavu, že to bude podobné. Chci, aby mi UPS ochránila počítače a hlavně udržela zapnutý imac 27 v režimu spánku přes noc, pokud by vypadla elekřina. Bude mi k tomu stačit nějaká pasivní UPS s obyčejnými zásuvkami? Děkuji moc za případnou pomoc. S pozdravem Radim Váňa
