Dobrý den, z žehličky při žehlení na nízkou i vysokou teplotu odkápáva z žehlící plochy voda. A to průběžně a nepravidelně a po celou dobu žehlení. Od zakoupení se se žehličkou již žehlilo větší prádlo 3x, voda pořád odkápává. Prosím, jedná se o vadu žehličky, nebo je problém někde jinde? Děkuji. Ladislav z Kladna

Hezký den. Po vyzkoušení funkce auto-safe jsem zjistila, že se žehlička po 30 sec nevypne v ležící poloze (vypne se pouze po 8 minutách při stojací poloze). Naopak při žehlení se tato funkce často zapíná a žehlička se tak sama vypne, předpokládám, že při žehlení (pohybu) by se funkce zapínat neměla... Je to běžné nebo je třeba žehličku reklamovat? Dobrý den, žehličku jsem koupila, ale napařuje jen při vysokých teplotách. Při nižších, jako je bavlna, nebo hedvábí, pára funguje jen přes přídavné tlačítko turbo. Předpokládám, že to není normální vlastnost žehličky. Děkuji za odpověď.

Žehličku jsem si koupila, ale i při používání se pokaždé po 8 min. vypne. Při žehlení více prádla ji musím i několikrát vytáhnout ze zásuvky a znovu zapnout. Jde o chybu ??? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, v žehličce se mi dost usazuje vodní kámen. Při použití páry až vypadává z žehličky, při otevření zadního krytu jde vidět jak je hodně usazen. Poradíte mi, jak se toho zbavit? Děkuji
