Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem produkt Houpačka VEGAS LUX bohužel při sestavování jsem narazil na problém s obsahem- šrouby špatného rozměru ( 3ze 4 šroubů jsou o 1cm kratší) což znemožnuje sestavení a jedna výztuha je z půlky naštíplá. Je možné reklamaci řešit nějak jinak než vrácením produktu nechce se mi ho znovu rozebírat balit a převážet na prodejnu. Děkuji
