You can cook your favourite meals with the stylish Sencor SCP 5010SS Superconductor ceramic cooker, which features Hi-Tech ceramic heating element technology that offers many benefits. You can conveniently select one of 6 automatic cooking programs. You can choose from Stir-fry, Deep-fry and the classic Fry, Simmer, Boil and Keep Warm programmes. The cooking time and power can always be easily adjusted. In addition, you can postpone and schedule cooking for up to 4 hours thanks to the handy timer.
Stir-Fry programme
Typical for this programme is frying in a small amount of oil. It is perfect for preparing food in a wok, for example. During cooking, the Sencor SCP 5010SS maximises its performance up to 600 °C.
Deep-Fry programme
Deep-frying, also known as deep-frying, is a heat treatment of food similar to frying, where the raw material is immersed in hot oil. In this mode, the cooker runs at full power for 1 minute to quickly reach a temperature of 480-500 °C. Once the temperature is reached, it starts to optimise its performance to maintain the optimum temperature throughout the frying process.
The Fry Programme
Treat yourself to fried foods that are not saturated with oil. Thanks to the high power of the cooker and the stable temperature, the ingredients are quickly pulled in during frying and will not soak up oil unnecessarily.
Slimmer programme
Are you a fan of a rather healthy approach to eating? The Slimmer programme is ideal, as it stews the ingredients perfectly. It automatically keeps the brew just below the boiling point at all times for maximum results in your cooking.
