Magnesium Solgar Magnesium Citrate 200 mg 60 tablets
Magnesium contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy metabolism and nervous system and muscle function, protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners and artificial flavours.
Recommended dosage of Solgar Magnesium Citrate 200 mg:
As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) tablets daily, ideally with meals or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
