Kimchi is one of the superfoods, it is a vitamin bomb, full of probiotics, which benefits health - boosts immunity. In traditional terms, the basic ingredient is Beijing cabbage. Sourced from local growers, they are harvested throughout the season in the Czech Republic. All ingredients are carefully pickled and seasoned for fermentation. After a few days of fermentation, the result is a crisp fermented salad.
