Depending on the flavour, it is complemented by chocolate or fruit in the form of freeze-dried blackcurrant and strawberry pieces. However, the excellent nutritional profile is not lacking, dominated by a high protein content, which contributes to muscle growth and maintenance, but also to bone health. One bar contains 29-30g of protein depending on the flavour. Their source is milk and whey concentrate, which means an excellent amino acid spectrum. The complexity of the nutritional aspect is completed by selected vitamins and iron. Athletes and lovers of an active lifestyle will definitely appreciate iron, niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin), which contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
