The HMS PU12 plate allows you to practice push-ups in a variable way. It is symmetrically divided into 2 halves and contains 8 pairs of holes, which are designed for placing supports. Each pair of holes ensures training at a different angle and exercising a different muscle group. By placing the supports in the green holes you will exercise your triceps, in the yellow holes you will exercise your back, in the red holes you will strengthen your shoulders and pectoral muscles during the push-ups, while by placing the supports in the blue holes you will mainly exercise your pectoral muscles. The board is made of high quality ABS and rubber and the supports have a grip diameter of 32 mm. The HMS PU12 board guarantees a variety of push-up training.
