In 100 g it also contains 70g of protein and 1.8 g of fibre, in addition, it contains vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, but also minerals. Milk protein (emulsifier: lecithins), chocolate chips (sucrose, cocoa mass and butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, polishing agent: Shellac, natural vanilla flavouring) 6,6%, fructose, low-fat yoghurt powder 6.3%, anti-caking agents: potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; Acid: lactic acid, calcium lactate, sodium citrate; Stabilizer: potassium phosphate; sweetener: sucralose, vitamin and mineral blend: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B9 (pterolmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B8 (biotin), vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin); aroma, maltodextrin.
Preparation and dosing
Pour 140 ml of water into a bowl and add 3/4 scoop of the mixture (25 g). Mix everything thoroughly and leave in the fridge for a few minutes.
