Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, L-glutamine,
a mixture of amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), taurine, guar gum, xanthan, salt,
vitamin premix (C (L-ascorbic acid), niacin (nicotinamide), E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate),
pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin),
B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-
biotin), B12 (cyanocobalamin), silica, sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose),
enzymes + cocoa powder 22%, aroma: Chocolate.
Preparation
Mix 2 scoops (30 grams) in 2.5 dcl of water, then mix with a shaker. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
Recommended dosage
One 30 g serving = 2 scoops of Profi WHEY Protein.
To support muscle growth (take on the day of strength training):
2 - 3 doses to be taken between meals, before training, 1 hour after training or before bedtime
For overall muscle recovery and protection:
1 - 2 doses daily to take between meals or at bedtime
The maximum recommended amount for muscle mass development is 2 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight.
Storage
Store out of reach of small children, in a dry environment, in in a tightly closed container at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
