McNett Aquasure 28g neoprene adhesive
McNett Aquasure adhesive is used to repair neoprene and medium weight fabrics. Due to its medium viscosity, it forms a layer approximately 1 mm thick, which is polymerised, self-supporting, flexible and elastic. The joint provides perfectly waterproof protection. McNett Aquasure adhesive allows the material to be bonded and cemented without charge and helps to reconstruct missing parts up to 2 cm in diameter. When bonding inflatable boats and mattresses, a patch overlay is necessary for strength, but for self-inflating mattresses, a patch is not necessary.

Use:
It is applied directly from the tube, sets in 2 hours, polymerizes to full structural strength in 12-24 hours. As an accelerator can be used COTOL 240 resp. COTOL 240 HV or at temperatures above 20°C, the polymerisation is significantly accelerated in high relative humidity environments (90-100%).
