Meat Here beef biltong with Carolina Reaper 40 g
Beef biltong Meat Here
With Carolina Reaper, 40 g
Beef biltong Meat Here is great for athletes, but also for travel, trips and hikes. It is made using premium hand-cut beef, which is dried with a stream of hot air. One 40 g packet is prepared from 140 g of beef, which is supplemented with a special chilli spice to give the meat a sharper taste. In 100 g of dried meat, Meat Here contains 63 g of protein, but only 4 g of fat.

Dried yet tender meat
The beef is of regional origin and is dried whole at a low temperature for 4-5 days. It is chopped into small pieces before being placed in the bag, which are pleasantly soft in the centre. Biltong serves well as an accompaniment to beer or wine, or is great for cooking, when you can add it to pasta, cous-cous or salad. All dishes get the right flavour and unusual taste, which is hidden in the original basic spices that Maso Here uses in the production of each biltong.

- High protein content: One 40 gram packet of jerky is made from 140 grams of beef and can replace the daily dose of protein needed for a normal person with a sedentary job.
- Biltong with foraging from Carolina reaper: The legendary Carolina Reaper pepper has up to 2,200,000 degrees of hotness on the Scoville scale. It burns so much that the meat must be prepared in protective gear. Despite the effort, it is worth it.
