The MERACH S23B1 Recumbent Recumbent Treadmill allows for a comfortable and gentle way to exercise. Thanks to the resistance bands, it also engages the arms during exercise. It offers 8 resistance levels with a maximum resistance of 32 kg, so you can adapt your workout to your needs. The resistance is controlled on the side. It has an adjustable seat and a backrest to help with comfort. The backrest can be adjusted in height, while the seat can be moved forward or backwards using the lever. The pedals can also be adjusted. Rotoped can be used by people with height 157-178 cm and weight up to 159 kg.
