After washing your bike, applying Muc-Off Bike Protect will drive out any remaining water and moisture from the hardest-to-reach areas, preventing the development of rust. Once the oil base dries, it leaves a sparkling, slick, and non-sticky Teflon film on the surface of your bike. Oil-based Formula
Muc-Off Bike Protect contains a high oil content, ensuring protection against corrosion after a complete wash of your bicycle. It drives out water and moisture even from very hard-to-reach places and, after the oil base dries, it leaves a sparkling, non-sticky, protective Teflon layer.
Applying Muc-Off Bike Protect is very quick and easy
- Before use, we recommend shaking the product thoroughly to activate all its components.
- After washing the bike, there is no need to dry the parts to be treated or wait for them to dry. You can proceed directly to applying the spray to a wet or damp surface.
- After spraying, let it dry and do not polish. Only in areas where it runs, gently wipe off the excess.
Creating a dry Teflon separating layer on the treated surface
The product needs sufficient time (even several hours) to form a dry Teflon separating layer on the treated surface. We recommend applying Muc-Off Bike Protect primarily to metal parts. Also apply to all hard-to-reach places. It is important to avoid contaminating the brake system.
