NATU Tiger Nut Flour is made from tiger nuts, i.e. the tubers of the tiger nut. It is ideal for baking, for thickening dishes and for preparing porridges.
Also suitable for coeliacs
NATU Tiger Nut Flour contains vitamin E, potassium, phosphorus and iron. You can use it as an alternative to classic white flour and since it is gluten-free, it can also be used for cooking and baking by celiacs. In 100 g there are 4.6 g of protein and 14 g of fibre. It is also of organic quality.
