Nutrend Protein Porridge with chocolate flavour is a multi-ingredient source of high quality protein with a high content of MPI milk protein isolate. It is a tasty porridge with a high protein content. This quality source of protein is particularly useful for strength athletes and for gaining and building muscle. One serving contains 15 g of protein and 360 mg of calcium. The product is also enriched with chia seeds, vitamin D and vitamin K. The preparation of protein porridge is very simple. Recommended dosage
The 50 g dose is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 90 minutes apart from the next regular meal. Can be used even after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day. 50 g = one serving. Empty the contents of the bag into a suitable container, pour 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. Cold water can also be used.
