Penco BCAA MASSIF amino acids are intended for highly active recreational and top athletes. They represent BCAAs in a physiological ratio of 2: 1: 1. Each daily dose of 6 tablets contains 960 mg L-leucine, 480 mg L-valine, 480 mg L-isoleucine, 660 mg L-arginine, 300 mg vitamin C and 9 mg vitamin B6. Penco BCAA MASSIF are suitable for strength and endurance athletes.

Preparation and dosing
On non-training days, take 2 tablets once a day before meals. On training or racing days, take 2 tablets 30-60 minutes before the exercise, 2 tablets 1-3 hours after the exercise and 2 tablets before dinner.
