The SENA R1 cycling helmet in size S is designed for adults, combining safety with modern technology. Thanks to its polycarbonate shell and EPS liner, it provides excellent protection for road cycling. Its main advantage is the integrated Bluetooth headset, which lets you communicate with other riders, listen to music or receive instructions from your navigation. The buckle fastening system and 18 vents ensure a comfortable fit.

Communicate and listen on the go
The integrated headset brings new communication possibilities. Using Bluetooth 4.1 technology, you can connect the helmet to your mobile phone to listen to music, take calls or follow GPS navigation instructions. The intercom, with a communication range of up to 0.9km in open terrain, lets you connect with up to three other riders. HD-quality speakers and Advanced Noise Control technology, which filters out ambient noise such as wind, ensure clear sound transmission.
Safe construction and comfortable fit
The helmet is built around a polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner, manufactured using In-Mold technology. This construction effectively absorbs impact energy and is CE certified. Comfort is ensured by a system of 18 vents, which provide airflow and keep your head cool. You can easily adjust the size using the rear fastening system, while a nylon strap with a buckle closure ensures a secure fit.
Easy control and customisation
The headset controls are designed for minimal distraction while riding. All basic functions are accessible via three buttons located directly on the helmet. For more detailed settings, managing paired devices or adjusting presets, use the SENA Smartphone App. The battery provides a maximum talk time of 12 hours and takes approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge. For even more convenient control, a handlebar remote can be purchased separately.
