On a single charge, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Essential offers a range of up to 25km in standard mode at 15km/h. In sport mode, with a maximum speed of 25km/h, the range is approximately 20km. The actual range may vary depending on the rider's weight, speed, terrain, frequency of starts and ambient temperature.
Motor with a peak power of 500W
The brushless motor with a Hall sensor offers a rated power of 300W and a peak power of up to 500W. It provides enough power for normal city riding and can handle inclines of up to 15%.
Three riding modes
You can adjust your speed to the current situation using the three riding modes. Pedestrian mode limits the speed to 6km/h, standard mode offers up to 15km/h, and sport mode allows you to reach a maximum speed of 25km/h.
Dual braking system
Safe deceleration is ensured by a combination of a front drum brake and a rear electronic E-ABS system. Both technologies work together when braking and help to ensure a stable stop in various riding conditions.
Lighting for better visibility
The 2.2W front light provides a lighting range of up to 15 metres and helps improve visibility when riding in twilight or in the dark. The rear light also flashes when braking to alert other road users that the scooter is slowing down.
Intelligent battery protection
The battery is protected by an intelligent BMS with six safety features. It provides protection against overcharging, over-discharging, over-voltage, overheating, short circuit and over-current. The battery capacity is approximately 216Wh and a full charge takes about 8 hours.

After pairing with the Xiaomi Home app, you can monitor the scooter's current status directly on your phone. It provides data on the remaining range, battery status or current riding mode, as well as ride history, motor lock and energy recovery settings.
