Great interplay with TCL smart TVs
The TCL S55HE gets along with all smart TVs, but it plays and controls best with TCL TVs. To use the TV and soundbar functions, you only need a single remote control. In addition, you will experience lower audiovisual latency.
How to mute/unmute the voice description on the TCL S55HE soundbar
1. Download the TCL Home app to your mobile device (available on Google Play Store or App Store)
2. Log in to your TCL account (if you don't have an account, sign up at tcl.com or directly in the app)
3. Add the soundbar to your devices in your home
4. Update the soundbar firmware to the latest version using the TCL Home app on the connected mobile device
5. To adjust the volume of the voice description itself:
5.1) Hold the Voice button on the remote control for 5 seconds
5.2) Use the Volume +/- buttons to adjust the volume
5.3) Press the Play/Pause button to switch the description function on/off
Remark. Setup takes 5 seconds. If you do not manage to set up within the time limit, repeat the steps from step 5.1
